LEVI

This is Levi!! Levi's Daddy Josiah and I grew up together. When I say grew up I mean the teenage years...the years that you sometimes cringe when you think about the STUPID things that you and your heathen group of friends did even though your parents told you not to....the years that you get into far to much trouble than you care to remember and just hope and pray that your kids can learn from your mistakes.....or just refrain from getting into any trouble at all.....hahaha highly doubtful....anyway....moving on. Josiah and I lost touch for a few years....I found him on Myspace (dunno why I feel i feel so silly saying that) and learned that over those couple of years he met and married a wonderful & beautiful girl named Jamie & Together they have an ADORABLE little boy named Levi. I then got to know Jamie (over Myspace and e-mail) and she is SO sweet. I just love her to death :) I sent them an outfit for Levi and Jamie a "Levi's Mommy" necklace as a baby gift.....and here are some pictures of sweet little Levi in the jacket I sent him with his Mommy & Daddy (Jamie is also wearing her necklace yay!!!).

I am so glad to see Josiah and his family are doing so well. I'm also so glad he is staying out of trouble LOL....but most importantly I am SO PROUD he found Jamie and has Levi.

Anna's Cradle

I painted a rocking chair for Anna not to long ago. Anna is due to be born in April. I can NOT WAIT to see her. Alicia (Anna's mommy) and Karen (Anna's MiMi) wanted me to paint this cradle to match the Bedding in Anna's Nursery. This just may be my favorite thing I have ever painted....I love it :) Alicia is supposed to take some pictures when she gets this all set up in Anna's room so I will post them soon.

Kynlee Hope Atlerton

This sweet little princess is Kynlee Hope. Kynlee is a regular at SPARKLES :) today her Daddy and Mommy came by the store to pick up a bow and I couldn't help but take a picture of her in her bow....she is sooooooo precious!!!

Last Thursday Natalie Walker from Ggallery came up to the store to take pictures of Foster and Tatum for the Children's Directory ad. I had to take a picture of my little squirl in her adorable "t" shirt and matching bows!!

This custom bow was made just for the store. The SPARKLES bow is available to order. This Bow is BEAUTIFUL and is definatly one of my favorites. This picture does NOT do it justice!!

MADISON's Dresser

This is Madison. Madison is Morgan's older sister. When Madison saw Morgan's dresser on Christmas morning she had to have her own. Madison's birthday was in Feb. so Emily and Beckey decided to have me paint her one. Madison's dresser is different from any piece that I have painted before....now I know that every piece I paint is "one of a kind" but this one was extra special because Madison designed it herself!! Madison sat down with her Aunt Emily and decided EXACTLY what designs and colors she wanted on each drawer....she even decided where she wanted crystals placed on it. They drew it out for me (very detailed might I add thank goodness) and I just painted exactly what I was told. Emily had me paint the mirror as a suprise to match the dresser and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I hope Madison likes this piece as much as I do!!

She weighes 7 lbs. 15 1/2 oz. and is 20 inches long

Bow & Thumbprint Treasures Party Turnout

Andi's Girls' Furniture

Riley's "moose" dresser

Last time I posted a blog about Ashley and Kirk and their Babies...I complained because mommy didn't know what she was going to name baby girl #2 (since then they have decided to name her Maddie) and because of this I couldn't paint the girls names on the dresser I painted for their room. Well now I am going to complain again....hahahahaha Ashley Danielle Smith if you ever make me paint moose again I just might beat you up. I love the moose....don't get me wrong....but he was not a easy task. Good thing I love you :) Riley I hope you LOVE your moose dresser. I love you buddy!!! Now Ashley, COME GET THIS THING OFF OF MY PORCH BEFORE IT GETS WET AND I REALLY HAVE TO HURT YOU!!!

I'm kidding.

Please keep Ashley and her family in your prayers....Friday she is scheduled to be induced. YAY!!! IT'S BABY TIME!!!

Baby Anna's Chair

I painted this rocking chair for Baby ANNA. I met Alicia (Anna's Mommy) through her Mom Karen. Karen is actually Tatum's babysitter...I am just going to go ahead and add......without Karen I don't know what I would do....especially when Ben is gone and things get hectic. I am sooooo grateful to have someone as sweet as Karen to trust my baby girl with. Alicia is due in April and I can't wait to see Baby ANNA!!! Come see me soon Alicia....so we can talk for another couple of hours!!
