ABBEY'S Birthday TuTu dress & matching bows

Miss Abigail Sue is turning 3!!! Her mommy Julia (a very close friend from high school) asked me to make a tutu dress and matching bows for her and mail it to them.....

::complete with instructions because i had to "tie" the dress up so it wouldn't get wrinkled::
